Do you provide full-time onsite staff?
OCNF is structured primarily for remote consulting and scheduled site support. A long-term embedded assignment would require a separate scope review.
Can you serve as our designated project scheduler?
OCNF can support schedule setup, updates, quality checks, progress-data entry, and responses to government comments. A formally designated Scheduler of Record role is not included unless separately reviewed and agreed.
Do you prepare schedule narratives or recovery schedules?
No. OCNF's standard scheduling support does not include schedule narratives, forensic delay analysis, logic or float analysis, critical-path determinations, or recovery-schedule development.
Can you translate technical project documents?
Yes. OCNF can support technical translation, interpretation, and clarification. Documents requiring certified translation or a formal professional seal must be identified in advance.
Where do you work?
OCNF is based in Okinawa and can support assignments across Japan through remote coordination and scheduled travel.
